MC-3001 separated coating thickness gauge, its non-destructive detect function can precisely measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating which been covered on ferromagnetic materials. 3001 usually be used in laboratory, or engineering site. Operator can change different probe for different measuring condition. MC-3001 always be needed in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, inspection and so on.
MC-3001 can precisely measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating which been covered on ferromagnetic materials. The coating include oil paint, enamel, glass fiber reinforced plastic, rubber, spray-paint, asphalt and so on, or zinc, copper, chromium on the surface of steel. 3001 also can detect the thickness of non-conduction coating from conductive metal matrix with its electric eddy-current measuring method. For example, oil paint, rubber, plastic or oxide film which been covered on copper, zinc, aluminum, tin and so on.
